QUALITY, COMPREHENSIVENESS, COMMITMENT

We offer welding, soldering, strip cladding based on the following licenses:

the company's licenses:

  • The certificate of the Welding Institute in Gliwice (Instytut Spawalnictwa w Gliwicach) qualifying the Diament Oil Exploration Ltd. to the first Group of Small Institutes in terms of construction, assembly and repairs of steel constructions.
  • UDT license for repairs and modernization of technological inflammable and corrosive materials tanks and installations.
  • Established welding technologies for 111, 135 and 141 methods.

the welding staff are qualified in the following methods:

  • 111 - manual metal arc welding (MMA)
  • 135 - metal active gas welding (MAG)
  • 141 - tungsten inert gas welding (TIG)
  • 311 - Oxy-Acetylene welding
  • in accordance with the PN-EN 287-1 and EN-ISO 9606-2 norms
  • for material groups; 1.2 ; 8.1 ; 22 according to EN 15608

Welding supervision and quality control personnel qualifications

  • Welding supervision personnel are International Welding Engineer/European Welding Engineer certified.
  • Non-invasive probing personnel are certified in accordance with PN-EN 473:2002 norm and is certified by TÜV - CERT, UDT - CERT and The Welding Institute (Instytut Spawalnictwa) for UT2, MT2, PT2 and VT2 methods.

We offer:

  • Welded completely reinforced open containers sized 2500 x 2500 x 13500 mm and of total weight up to 20 tonnes - e.g. pill tanks
  • Welded heavy steel constructions - based on customer's detailed design documentation with single element's weight not exceeding 20 tonnes, - e.g. derrick's bases
  • Welded light steel constructions based on customer's detailed design documentation e.g. gas discharge stacks, degassers
  • Welded pipework technological installations from DN25 to DN500 mm, wall thickness from 3,2 to 12 mm and working pressure up to 70MPa
  • Welding of hard-welding materials (34HNM) and with dissimilar joints (34HNM with 18G2A) using thermal processing of the welded connections before and after the welding
  • Soldering HF2001-3/8”x3/8”x1/4” tungsten carbide plates using leaf mills for casing milling
  • Rebuilding and hard surfacing of layers on surfaces exposed to attrition, e.g. with Elgaloy 30 and 60, and CastoMag 45554 materials.
  • Soldering on drilling tools of regular and irregular (Scharkstooth) tungsten carbide plates with flux covered Nikel Bronze solder.
