We perform carbon and allure steel constructions heat treatment services including:
- Toughening – hardening and high temperature tempering using air or protective atmosphere
- Thermochemical treatment by the carbonizing method.
- Annealing: normalizing, stabilizing, stress relieving.
- Annealing of the elements after welding process.
- Preliminary heating-up before welding.
The heat treatment processes are performed:
- in chamber furnaces – elements with dimensions of max. 300 x 450 x 950 mm and weight of up to 350 kg,
- in soaking furnace – elements with dimensions of max. Ø610 x 900 mm and weight of up to 490 kg.
Hardening and annealing is carried out on a process line functioning on a furnace basis with integral hardening bath.
Hardening takes place in oil, water or polyharthenol bath.
Heat treatment effects are assessed by measurements of the hardness by Brinell and Rockwell methods.
