We perform abrasive streaming cleaning as preparation of the sufrace to anti-corrosive coating application.

We perform cleaning in the blasting chamber with dimensions 15m x 5m x 5m.

Maximum weight of the cleaned construction is 20 tons.

Blast cleaning process enables the following:

• the possibility of cleaning metal elements and constructions from corrosion centres, advanced corrosive conditions, scales, impurities such as carbon deposits, old paints and lacquers and other types of protective coatings.
• preparation of surfaces before applying protective coating.

The degree of cleanliness of the cleaned surfaces is set according to PN-EN ISO 8501-1 norm

Blast cleaning process is performed in closed cycle with full abrasive material circulation, which is cleaned automatically from any type of impurities with air and a set of screens. We perform cleaning by floating abrasive materials on the processed area by means of manually controlled nozzle, where:

• cleaning factor is sharp, angular cast steel shot – broken Hg 40/50,
• blasting working pressure is 8 bars,
• there is a possibility of full, continuous pressure and floated shot stream regulation, the blasted element must be dry, degreased and deprived of organic impurities (by washing).
